Off Ice training
Off ice training classes are free of charge to our Junior and Senior skaters.
These 30 minute classes will combine a mixture of cardio, strengthening, and stretching exercises. Off-Ice Training & Jump Class will be offered to skaters every Saturday morning from 10:30-11:00am. Our coach will lead the training will help develop flexibility, balance, and strength. Jump Training is important to develop proper technique and will get the skaters body ready for the on ice demands.
